Embedded Service Queue Position component is not displayed

Intermittently, the Queue position will not be displayed when Bot transfers the request to an agent.
1) Start a conversation with a chat bot.
2) Fill in details in prechat form.
3 ) Initiate a transfer to an agent by clicking the "Transfer to agent" in menu buttons list
