Cannot add mobile subscription through UI

Summary
When adding mobile subscription through UI for any contactkey then it throws error "An error occurred while trying to register the mobile subscription. Contact Global Support for further help on this error".

Repro
1.Navigate to Mobile Connect
2.Click on Manage and open the contactkey
3. Click on membership tab and then click on add subscription
4. We can see the error "An error occurred while trying to register the mobile subscription. Contact Global Support for further help on this error" on UI

Workaround
1.Use 'Import' option to update the subscriptions.
2.Use REST API route to update the subscriptions.
