Summary
Unable to export data using API from 'PackagePushError' object due to "QUERY_TIMEOUT" error.

Repro
1.Execute the Query from via Dataloader/Workbench with bulk api, you will notice the query timeout error:

select ErrorDetails, ErrorMessage, ErrorSeverity, ErrorTitle, ErrorType, Id, PackagePushJobId, SystemModstamp from PackagePushError Where SystemModstamp> 2021-03-04T23:36:43.000Z and SystemModstamp<2021-03-05T23:59:43.000Z

Workaround
None.

Note: R&D team is working on the fix with priority to optimize the query plan.
