Summary
CMS import is failing with Encryption enabled.
Repro
1. Create a community
2. Enable CMS content for the community
3. Enable "Encrypt files and attachments" inside Encryption Policy.(setup)
4. Acess CMS Home from the app launcher
5. Select the workspace
6. Click to import Content
NOTICE: You will receive an email stating the import failed
