B2B Commerce Orders usage data is not populated correctly in customers' Salesforce orgs
Last updated 28 days ago ·Reference W-9468464 ·Reported By 2 users
Orders data displayed under the Usage-based Entitlements section of the Company Information page on customers' Salesforce Orgs are not populated correctly and showing inaccurate counts.
1. As a Salesforce Admin, go to the Company Information page of your Salesforce org.
2. Go to the Usage-based Entitlements section.
3. Depends on your B2B Commerce license type, it will show "B2B Commerce Orders Placed" with the frequency of "Once", or "B2B Commerce Orders Placed Per Month" with the frequency of "Monthly".
4. The amount used column shows 0 if the frequency is Monthly and inaccurate counts if the frequency is Once.
Please contact your Customer Success Manager for B2B Commerce or open a support ticket to get the up-to-date order counts (can be provided at monthly or weekly intervals).
