Private Contacts (No View Access to Organizer) as Attendees receive Event Canceled Notifications upon Updating the event in Salesforce

Summary
While syncing an event from X -> S, if any of the attendees' email matches with Salesforce contact/lead and the event organizer doesn't have at least view access (Accounts/Contacts sharing settings set to 'Private') to the same will receive Event Canceled notification upon updating the event in Salesforce.
Repro
Prerequisites:
Set Default Sharing Settings to Account as 'Private' and Contact 'Controlled by Parent' for both Default Internal Access and Default External Access.
1. Launch Outlook (Desktop or OWA) and create a New event
2. Enter Subject, Date, Start & End Time
3. In the Invite Attendees field add private contact's email (not accessible to Event Organizer in Salesforce)
4. Click 'Send' and wait for event record sync to Salesforce
5. Open event record in Salesforce and verify only organizer present under Attendees field.
6. Update event (Ex: update Start & End time) and save the record.
7. Wait for sync
8. Open event record in Outlook and observe that private contact's email deleted from Outlook event and Event Canceled notification sent to the attendee.
