Resolved in Salesforce Maps Migration Tool v1.29

Install or use existing Org with MapAnything
Install Salesforce Maps and Migration Utility
Assign Admin permission sets for each package

Go to installed packages-> Salesforce Maps Migration Utility->Configure
Click on "Start Migration Now"
When migration has finished the error message is displayed
