Chat hover is not displayed or blank page is displayed in chat hover

The issue occurs whenever there are one or more tabs opened in console that don't have a recordId associated to them. In this case the agent is not able to preview incoming chats details.
The preview popup is blank on the first mouseHover and it won't display at all on further attempts.
1. Open a console app
2. shift+cmd+click on a navigation item to open it as tab
3. Go online in Omni
4. Initiate a chat
5. When the chat arrives in the Omniwidget, hover over the chat request--> the preview popup will be blank
6. Hover again -->no preview will be displayed
Closing the workspace tab opened allows the agent to see the content of the preview popup.
