Cannot rename Service Territory object fields such as Owner/Name

Cannot rename Service Territory object field such as Owner/Name, Basically, admin can edit the label for the field but these changes aren't reflected in the UI
1.Log in as a System Admin
2.Go to Setup | Rename Tabs and Labels
3.Click Edit next to Service Territories
5.Set Owner to 'My Renamed Owner' and save the changes
6.Navigate to a Service Territory record or create a new one and see the label for Owner is still Owner
