Summary
When using the Related List - Single Component in the Narrow View, and the Lightning Record Page uses LWC(rrh.useLWCRelatedLists) instead of Aura, this component will respect the set number of records to return when setting the Related List Type to Enhanced List. This is unexpected behavior. It is expected that this will display the Tiled Related List Type, regardless of what is set, when this component is in the Narrow View.

Repro
***Ensure the Org / Object you are testing the below behavior with inherits LWC(rrh.useLWCRelatedLists) instead of Aura***
- On a Lightning Record Page, set the Related List - Single Component in the Narrow View
- Set the Related List Type as Enhanced and set the number of records to display as 1
- Save the changes and go to any record that uses the above Lightning Record Page
- Observe that the Related List - Single uses the Enhanced List Related List Type and returns only 1 record, which is unexpected behavior

Workaround
Set the Related List Type to Default or Tiled. If looking for Enhanced List Related List Type, set the Component outside of the Narrow View.
