Behavioral Triggers session timeout limit always displays 1 hr

In settings for "session timeout limit" within the Behavioral trigger app, will always display 1 hour regardless of actually setting
Click on the gear icon within Behavioral Triggers and change the session timeout to 15mins. Navigate away from the Behavioral Triggers app and back and click on the gear icon and observe sessions timeout shows an 1 hour
Use Email / Web Recommendations >> Admin >> implementation >> Advance settings to see what the current settings are
