Pricebook change on amendment when using Block Pricing uses inconsistent pricing when compared to other products.

Summary
When using a different price book on Amendments, block price products refund at the current price book versus the same price on subscriptions. While the non-block priced product uses the original price for refund.
Repro
- Create two different price books.
-Create an Active Subscription product.
-Create a second Active Subscription product that has the Pricing type=Block Price. -Add the block pricing.
-Create block price records for each price book giving different value
-Both products should have different Prices in each Procebook.
-Create an Account with Renewal Pricing Method = same
-Create an Opportunity. Create a Quote on this Opportunity.
-Add products and Select both the products created above and Save.
-Contract Opportunity by checking the checkbox Contracted on the Opportunity.
-Go to the Contract
-Set the Amendment PriceBook Id to the other PriceBook.
-Amend the contract.
-On the QLE, reduce the Quantity for both the products.
-Observe the refunding.
