Summary
In lightning community mobile UI, the wrong filter shows up when set two "Record List" components.
If the two record lists were placed on the community page and the filter was applied to one record list using mobile browser, the filter was applied to another record list.
Repro
1. Create a new community with 2 record list component (Account, Contact)
2. Login to the community using mobile browser
3. Tap "Filter" icon on Contact record list
4. Tap "+Add Filter"
5. Tap "Created Date" and "Apply"
6. Tap "from" field
7. Select "Today" and "Done"
8. Tap "Apply"
9. Scroll to the Account record list, and tap "Filter"
10. You'll see the created date filter which created for Contact record list
