Messaging Usage-based Entitlements 'Amount Used' values are not updating

When viewing Usage-based Entitlements in the Company Information section of Setup, users may observe that Messaging Usage-based Entitlements are not reflecting the actual amount used
1. Navigate to Setup then Company Information
2. Under Usage-based Entitlements, the 'Amount Used' column either shows '0' or does not reflect the correct amount used value for the Messaging feature
