Performance slowness in running reports via the Partner Portal

When reports run through partner portal users in the partner portal, latency or slowness is observed. There are no errors observed on UI but only slowness in execution.
1. Login in as Admin User
2. Open Contact record - Partner Portal User
3. Click on "Manage External User" on contact record
4. Select "Log in to Community as User"
5. Open any report in the portal
