Error adding Products to Reduction Order, "You can't create a reduction order, because you don't have access to the required fields."

In some orgs users may get an error when adding Products to Reduction Order stating: "You can't create a reduction order, because you don't have access to the required fields."
The error will occur even when users have access to all required fields called out in our documentation (here: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=customize_order_enable_ro.htm&type=5)
This happens in orgs that have access to enable Enhanced Commerce Orders, but have not turned on that preference in Order Settings, and is most likely to be seen in Developer Edition orgs.
NOTE: If you do not have the option "Enable Enhanced Commerce Orders" in Setup | Order Settings, then you are not affected by this specific Known Issue.
In an affected org, enable Reduction Orders, create a Reduction Order, then try to add Products to that Reduction Order.
Enable "Enable Enhanced Commerce Orders" in Setup | Order Settings, AND ensure users have FLS access to the Product Subtotal field on Order Product.
NOTE: "Enable Enhanced Commerce Orders" can not be disabled once enabled.
Is it Fixed?
