[Accounts Merge] Sometimes getting "Data not available" when merging two or more accounts due to existing TM1 record

Merging duplicate Accounts in Classic may produce a "Data not available" error. This specific issue can occur in orgs that previously used Territory Management 1.0, and have upgraded to Enterprise Territory Management.
This issue is not replicable in controlled testing. The issue is known to occur in orgs that have Portals enabled AND have upgraded from Territory Management 1.0 (TM1) to Enterprise Territory Management (TM2) when the Account(s) being merged still have relation to TM1 territories.
