URL No Longer Exists error when clicking on user in Users in Assigned Territories from Related List - Single of type Enhanced List on Account Object

When clicking on a user on the related Users in Assigned Territory list, the error "URL No Longer Exists error" is shown.
On the account, click on the User in the Related List: Users in Assigned Territories. It will redirect to the user for a few seconds and then redirect to Setup Territory Models and display the error message:
URL No Longer Exists
You have attempted to reach a URL that no longer exists on salesforce.com.
You may have reached this page after clicking on a direct link into the application. This direct link might be:
