Summary
LWC component attributes not set correctly when they are hidden and then shown by Conditional Field Visibility rules

Repro
1. Create a screen with a checkbox (hideField) that is default true
2. Create a lookup component with CFV rule that is (hideField equals false)
3. Add a second screen that displays the recordId and recordName of the the lookup component
4. Save and run the flow
5. Click the checkbox, showing the lookup
6. Select a record from lookup
7. Click next


Expected: values from lookup component are displayed on the second screen

Actual: nothing is displayed
