Adding action care template throws an error in the footer for Safari browser

Summary
When attempting to apply a condition template button in Safari on the Case record, users are getting the following error at the bottom of the screen.
Error Message:
"This page has an error. You might just need to refresh it. Action failed: HealthCloudGA:HcCarePlanTemplateContainer$controller$processAfterApply [The string did not match the expected pattern.] Callback failed: apex://HealthCloudGA.HcCarePlanTemplateApplyController/ACTION$applyCarePlanTemplates Failing descriptor: {HealthCloudGA:HcCarePlanTemplateContainer$controller$processAfterApply}"
Repro
1) Login to an org with Health Cloud installed in Safari
2) Open any case record
3) On the top right side of the page, click on 'Apply care plan template' button.
4) Select a care plan template, proceed to the last step and click Apply.
5 ) This adds the template items successfully but observe the error message at the bottom of the page
Workaround
Using Chrome will cause the action to be successful without any error message.
Alternately, Safari can be used and the error message can be ignored.
