Users seeing error when viewing Call History in Dialer since Summer '21

In Summer '21 users are seeing an error with error Id ending (1871294090) on Call History panel in Dialer.
1) Clone your standard user profile, let's call it Standard2
2) In the object Manager for Account, in Fields > Field level security, remove the visibility for the Industry field
create a user with the profile Standard2
3) Log in as that user and open the dialer. Make sure there are calls to a particular account
4) The error will happen
Ensure affected users have access to Account 'Industry' field through Field Level Security. Also ensure access to Type, Phone, and PhotoUrl,.
