Summary
When using the Chile (American/Santiago) timezone, customer may see issues with time slots in the Scheduler and Book Appointment.
Repro
1. Create an operating hours record with the Chile Standard Time (America/Santiago) timezone
2. Use this OHs on Work Type, Service Territory and STM
3. Try Scheduling appointment using the same resources above
4. On the Time Slot selection screen you will observe the slots starts from one hour prior to the configured OHs
