Summary
The error message "We couldn't save your work. Please refresh the page and try again." is displayed when saving a cloned email template in the Email Template Builder.
Repro
1. Open the Email Templates home tab
2. View an existing email template
3. Clone the email template
4. Click the Edit in Builder button
5. Save the template
The error "We couldn't save your work. Please refresh the page and try again." is displayed.
Workaround
Create a new email template.
