Behavioural Trigger module links do not work in Outlook 1902
Last updated 2021-07-16 ·Reference W-8992316 ·Reported By 1 users
For the Behavioural Trigger module <a> tag is currently outside the table that's added for Outlook only. It needs to be brought inside to wrap the <img> link which causes them not to work as expected. It's standard to wrap inline elements rather than block elements and that would be the fix.
> Create an email
> Drag and drop Behavioural Trigger module block, go to code view, and review the code.
> Send a copy to yourself and view on outlook version 1902
The fix for this would be to insert the <A> in the table.
example: <table><tr><td><a href="link"><img src="image"></a></td><tr></table>
