S10 Account cannot create or edit a scheduled report due to incorrect validation

We are seeing issues with the Edit Report Schedule screen for both old and new reports. It is giving a false error the "Start time must be greater than the current time"
Login to the affected account> Go to the Analytics Builder>Reports>Create a report>Schedule Options>Select Start Time and date>Select Timezone>Select repeat type>Set Delivery Options
Click Save to see the error.
