Flow triggered when an action is taken on an Einstein recommendation Next Best Action, is creating multiple records on custom Object

Repro
1) Create a Screen flow that gets an Opportunity Id and updates a custom object with a field from the Opportunity.

2) Create a new recommendation and for the acceptance action, select the flow created above

3) Create Next Best Action Strategy on the Opportunity object that loads only this recommendation and outputs it

4) Add Einstein Next Best Action component with the above strategy to Opportunity Lightning Record Page

5) Open the Opportunity and click on the Acceptance link and the flow is executed

6) Flow created two custom records instead of one

Actual Result:
Duplicate records are created when the flow is initiated from the Einstein Next Best Action

Expected Result:
A single record should be created when the flow is initiated from the Einstein Next Best Action

Workaround
Add a "Screen" element in the flow before "Create Record" element and it creates a single record
