Summary
In Survey, translation for Pause message is not used after second question. Default pause message is always used.

Repro
1.Enable Survey.
2.Enable Translation setting.
3.Click Survey tab and create new survey. Add multiple pages(Page1, Page2, Page3) with any questions and then activate.
4.Go back to Survey record and click Language tab to create a translation for pause message.
5.Open Survey builder again and copy the survey invitation link.
6.Access the survey link.
-Click Pause button in Page1. Confirm the translated pause message is displayed.
-Click Pause button in Page2 or Page3. Confirm the default pause message is displayed.

Workaround
There is no workaround.
