Summary
Events don't display the right start time on the day of the DST date (off by 1 hour).

Repro
1. Create an org in PST, create a user in the same timezone
2. Create a daily recurring series in S starting before Mar.14(DST of PST), end after Mar.15, the start time has to be in the morning, eg. 7 am.

After the series got projected, check the start time of occurrence from Mar.15, the start time reads right, it's the same as the start time before Mar.15, but the display looks one hour off, as the attached screenshot shows
