Various issues related to the authentication of Google My Business accounts in Social Studio may appear, including not being able to reauthorize the Google My Business account in Social Studio and not seeing new content being ingested into Social Studio following a re-authorization of the account.

- In Social Studio, re-authorize a Google My Business account
- In Engage, create a Column for this account after confirming new reviews have been posted following the re-authorization
- New reviews posted following the re-authorization do not appear in Social Studio
