Clicking Arrow on Phone MenuList in Community will jump to bottom of Page

In the contact record banner on community, using the phone field dropdown arrow causes the page to shift down instead of just opening the hover display.
Only occurs the first time you open this on the page. Each attempt after works fine.
1. Login to org
2. Create a contact record
3. Enter multiple phone numbers in the contact's phone field
4. Show phone field in the highlight panel
5. Create Customer Account Portal at Digital Experiences
6. Add Contact tab to Navigation Menu at Community Builder
7. Open community URL, and open the contact record
8. Click down arrow of phone field, and page will jump to bottom of page
