Twitter DM attachments (images, videos) not displaying in Social Customer Service

When viewing a Twitter DM in Social Customer Service, the attached video/image loads only a blank grey page icon. When clicking on this icon to attempt to download, the file does not open.
1.Create a Twitter DM with a Video
2. Send to Salesforce via Social Customer Service
3.. Select the Video in Social Customer Service and notice it does not properly load.
- The video/image does load as expected in Social Studio, so can be accessed there.
- Access the video/image on native Twitter
