Can’t Add Related Lists for New Health Cloud Objects on Patient Layout of Account

Customers are unable to add related lists for the new Health Cloud objects released in Spring ‘21 on the Patient page layout of the Account object. The option to add these objects as related lists to the page layout is not available in the object manager.
1. From Setup, go to Object Manager and select Account.
2. Go to Page Layouts and select Patient Layout.
3. Select Related Lists.
Users are unable to find any of the new Health Cloud objects such as Clinical Encounter or Patient Medical Procedure in the list of available options.
Users see these objects in the list of available options and are able to add them to the Patient Layout.
