Summary
Skill filter on the Gantt does not filter correctly if you add the same skill multiple times with different start and end dates

Repro
1. Login as the Admin in a FSL enabled org and create 3 Service Resource Skills for one resource.
For ex:-
Resource Skill: "Skill A" from 26/01/2020 00:00 - 28/01/2020 00:00
Resource Skill: "Skill A" from 30/01/2020 00:00 - 02/02/2020 00:00
Resource Skill: "Skill B" from 26/01/2020 00:00 - null

2. Load the Gantt on the territory that the mentioned resource was created on 01/02/2020 (Feb 1st)

3. Enable the Skill Filtering(AND/OR condition) and select Skill A


Actual Results:-
The resource row disappears on the Gantt


Expected Results:-
The resource row should stay on the Gantt, because Skill A is available for that resource on two different dates and one of those is matching the Gantt days.
