Summary
When the Show Charts and Show Filters buttons are unavailable in a Work.com-enabled environment, the JAWS screen reader still verbalizes the Show Filters button even though it has been skipped using tab key navigation.
Repro
1. Log into any Work.com-enabled Salesforce org.
2. Click the "Contacts" level 1 tab or select Contacts from the App Launcher.
3. Make sure the JAWS screen reader is running and talking.
4. using keyboard navigation, TAB to the greyed out (unavailable) Charts icon and Filter icon. Observe that JAWS does not read the skipped Show Charts button but it does read the skipped Show Filters button.
