Users with Brazilian timezones set in Social Studio may encounter an error message when attempting to load Columns in Engage. This issue appears related to Daylight Savings Time not being observed in Brazil in 2020.
1. Login to Social Studio
2. Navigate to Engage
3. The error "A problem occurred while loading posts" is faced when Columns attempt to load.
