Unable to authenticate to Marketing Cloud via the Command Center

Users are unable to authenticate to the Marketing Cloud via the Command Center if the Marketing Cloud account in question is on stack s11 or s50. Command Center screens using the Marketing Cloud connection can therefore not be used.
-Attempt to log into the Email Screen in the Command Center
-Screen hangs / freezes during auth attempt
