Summary
Translation of the field "Contact Fax" on Case object is not correct in Languages other than English.

Repro
1. Login in your org and create a new Case record.
2. In the Case Layout, Make sure Contact Fax field is included.
3. Now change the language to Spanish (Espanol) and save..
4. Open the Case record created earlier
5. You will see the translated value of Contact Fax as "Contacto Fax" instead of "Fax de contacto" which is correct Translation in Spanish.

This is applicable for other languages also except English
