Accessibility: Ending a call does not announce that the call has ended to screen readers

When a user clicks "End Call" screen readers accurately announce that the end call button has been clicked but they do not confirm to the user that the call has been ended.
1. Login and start a call, inbound or outbound
2. Tab down to End Call button on Omni-Channel widget
3. Note that end call button is announced properly by screen reader
4. Hit Enter
5. Notice that call has ended but nothing has been announced to the user to advise of that
