Summary
When replacing an image in a Enhance Dynamic Content Map the second src element URL is not updated after saving. This results in some email applications to display the image in the second src element.

Repro
1. Create Enhance Dynamic Content Map via Create > Upload > Enhance Dynamic Content.
2. Upload a file
3. Click the newly created Enhance Dynamic Content Map to open it.
4. Click Edit.
5. Click Edit for the Default Content.
6. Select the HTML Editor tab. Note there are two src elements with the same URL.
7. Return to the Content tab, click Replace, replace the image, and click save.
8. Return to the HTML Editor tab. Note there are still two src elements, however, one has the URL to the new image and the other to the old image.
9. Return to the Content tab. Note the Unsaved Changes warning is now present.
10. Click Save, return to the HTML Editor tab. Note the second src element has now been updated with the correct URL.

If you don't go to the HTML Editor tab after step 5 and exit instead, the two src elements will continue to mismatch until you save the Enhance Dynamic Content Map a second time. This mismatch is what results in some email apps to display the wrong image.

Workaround
Single save:
After replacing the image, toggle from the Content tab to the HTML Editor tab and back to the Content tab and then click Save.

Double save:
After replacing the image, save the Enhanced Dynamic Content Map. Toggle to the HTML Editor tab, which triggers the Unsaved Content warning, and back to the Content tab and then click Save.
