Summary
When the sync behavior of "address_one" and "address_two" are "Pardot as Master", syncing after initial sync to a Lead/Contact will remove "address_one" or "address_two" part from the salesforce record's value.


[Example]

1. The prospect-Lead case

[After Initial Sync - synced as per help doc]
Prospect's address_one: "address_one"
Prospect's address_two: "address_two"
Lead's Street: "address_one address_two"

[After Natural sync happens ]
Prospect's address_one: "address_one"
Prospect's address_two: "address_two"
Lead's Street: "address_one" <<<<<the value "address_two" got removed.


2. The prospect-Contact case

[After Initial Sync]
Prospect's address_one: "address_one"
Prospect's address_two: "address_two"
Contact's MailingStreet: "address_one address_two"

[After Natural sync happens ]
Prospect's address_one: "address_one"
Prospect's address_two: "address_two"
Contact's MailingStreet: "address_two" <<<<<the value "address_one" got removed.

Repro
1. Ensure that the Prospect Default Fields "Address One" and "Address Two" are configured to "Use Pardot's Value". (Changing one will change both.)
2. Create a prospect with address_one and address_two.
3. Assign the prospect to a user. This will trigger 'Initial Sync'.
4. Confirm the created lead has "address_one" and "address_two" value appended in the Street field.
5. In Pardot, edit the prospect and change any value for trigger the natural sync.
6. Wait until the sync process finished. (The change made on Step 5 reflects to the Lead. (by 'Natural sync')
7.You'll see "address_two" part was removed as the value for Street
