Not all CloudPages listed in Domain SSL Certificate for Business Unit

Self-serve Domain SSL Certificates area of Setup does not list all the CloudPage in Child Business Unit
1. Log into Marketing Cloud
2. Update contact to a Business Unit with CloudPages configured.
3. Navigate to Setup > Domain SSL Certificates
4. CloudPage not listed.
Review CloudPages at the enterprise account level.
