Summary
The "from" and "to" labels for the listview filter criteria using mobile have the incorrect translation. "from" is "&160;" and "to" is "->".

Repro
1) Login to Salesforce with Japanese language using mobile device
2) Open Account listview
3) Tap [Filter]
4) Tap [Add Filter]
5) Select "Created Date" and [Apply]
6) You'll see the incorrect translation for "from" and "to"
