Saving chat transcript for the Einstein bot does not work in the Mobile Publisher App.

Summary
If a user setup chat using Einstein Bot in a community and access the community through the Mobile Publisher app then the user is not able to download the chat transcripts after the chat ends.

This is only limited to the Mobile Publisher app and works on all other platforms like Desktop or Mobile Browser.

Repro
-- Setup Einstine bot for the community.
-- Login to the Publisher Playground app with a community from the same community.
-- Initiate a chat using the Einstien bot, after few messages in the conversation end the chat.
-- At the end you will get the option to download a chat transcript, however, that will not work from the Publisher Playground app.

Workaround
User can use Mobile Browser to intiate the chat and download it.
