Issues with selecting Field Service Objects like ServiceAppointment in Messaging Template merge fields

Summary
When you have FSL(Field Service Lightning) enabled in your ORG, the specific entities(Objects) related to FSL will throw "Sorry to Interrupt" error while selecting them in Merge fields on the Messaging Templates.
Repro
> Setup | Messaging Templates
> Click on the New button, (Please wait until you see Choose value in Related To picklist)
> Click on the "Related To" picklist and select "Service Appointment"

Workaround
Rather than using "Related To" to insert merge fields into the template for FSL entities(Objects). You can directly type the API name of the Field into the template (eg. {!ServiceAppointment.Subject}).
