List emails sent to views that have "equals to" filters containing an apostrophe will fail

Given - Contact views that are created with "Account name" "equals to" "<Something with an apostrophe>"
If a list email is sent to this view, the list email will fail. The list email will show as canceled and an email is sent to the user with the following information:
Error code: UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION
Error Description: MALFORMED_QUERY:
1.) Create a contact that have Account with apostrophe's in the name (e.g. Contact "Firstname Lastname" with Account "Another's Name")
2.) Create a view for contacts, with an "equals to" filter and the EXACT name of the Account
3.) Click "Send List Email" in the top right without selecting any users
4.) Compose email, click send
5.) Go to list emails, see that email was Canceled. You should also get an email to your user with the error
Instead of using "equals to" use "contains" in the filter for the view.
