Summary
When an Experience site is built using the topics functionality, the list of topics is announced by the Talkback and VoiceOver screen readers as one long group before the individual items are announced.

Repro
1. Access a Salesforce Experience site that uses the topics functionality from Safari on an iOS device or Chrome on an Android device.
2. Make sure the Talkback or VoiceOver screen reader is running and speech is being heard.
3. Flick right down the site's home page. Observe that the list of topics is announced as one large chunk of text before it can be navigated as individual items.
