Summary
Shipping / Surcharges are being charged double in OMv1
While importing JSON orders using order integration, the dependent service line item amounts are getting added twice.

Repro
Create products in Business Manager with service line items having text containing "Shipping" (such as "Item Shipping Cost (Surcharge)"). Add the product to an order. View the order in Order Management which will only have a Partial Authorization. The extra shipping or surcharge is not included in the authorization but it is on the Order Total so the order is stuck trying to capture more than it has authorized.

Workaround
Option 1) Manually update the order(s) to remove the additional shipping charge.
Option 2) The service line item text coming from Business Manager should not contain the phrase "Shipping". "Ship" is fine, currently the json is parsed for "shipping"/"Shipping" so changing that text will fix the issue of the double shipping charge.
