When AppExchange publishers attempt to generate a new Test Drive org to link to a listing, no org is created and a failure email is sent to the publisher:

1. Log in to Partner Community
2. Go to "Publishing" and navigate to a listing.
3. Click on "Trials" tab and follow directions to create a Test Drive.
4. No Test Drive org generated.
No workaround on the listing itself. Partners can make use of Environment Hub or Trialforce to generate separate Trial orgs and share credentials with customers to allow them to test the app.
