User Agent Data does not log all possible entries

When running a report such as "Email Performance by Device" where user agent data can be reflected in the report, you may notice a higher than normal number of "unspecified" entries. This is due to our user agent library being out of date.
Send an email to a subscriber who can open the email on an Android device. Note the report logs it as unspecified.
There is no workaround. Assume most unspecified entries are Android devices or newer operating systems.
Any unreleased services, features, statuses, or dates referenced in this or other public statements are not currently available and may not be delivered on time or at all. Customers who purchase our services should make their purchase decisions based upon features that are currently available.
