Summary
In some uncommon situations, duplicate subscriptions appear in the Checkout Management App (CMA) after Stripe processes a transaction. One subscription contains placeholder data and empty fields, and the other contains valid transaction data from Stripe.
Repro
Exact repro steps aren’t available. However, this issue seems to occur because of an uncommon issue related to the sequence in which Stripe webhooks are processed by the CMA.
Workaround
There is no workaround at this time, but Salesforce is actively investigating the issue. We’re unable to provide a timeline for resolution.
